Should i be worried??? 21+1

Question

Baby A is wayyy active than baby b my last ultrasound was a week ago and their laying on top of each other but i know they can always change positions. But i can feel baby a kicking ALL DAY in the lower part of my stomach and baby b is under my boobs and i can barely feel her kick. I’m a little scared, i used my Doppler to find her heartbeat almost everyday because i can barely feel her moving

Have they both got posterior placentas? If ones anterior then you won’t feel that baby as much plus you’re only 21weeks I didn’t get regular movements from both until I was 26/28 weeks but one of my babies has an anterior placenta the other posterior. If it’s bothering you go and get monitored
