A while ago I posted about how do I ask for therapy?

I asked.

And all I can say to others wanting to ask for help IS DO IT. I’ve been to two sessions and I already feel myself changing. Not because I have learned anything (I haven’t) but just because there’s someone there.

Now I need advice from non professionals. Other anxious people to scared to go out into the real world.

How do I get back in shape? How do I change my lifestyle while avoiding the judgy eyes of other people?

A gym would not work (to many people). Runs outside may not work (give me some ideas then it may).
