4 day old bb engorged

Helll,

2nd time breastfeeding so you think I’d be pro! No. My milk is in and I’m so engorged! I’m massaging it out but it isn’t working as well as with my first. My new little one is a great baby but he only eats every 3 hours and my supply seems to be bigger than demand. I’ve tried pumping but nothing comes out yet! (I remember milk not coming out via pump till about 2 weeks with my first as well). Any suggestions on how to relieve the pain and engorgement without drying up my supply?
