I’m going crazy while ttc

Hi ladies, I’m feeling very down and discouraged. I have been trying for a really long time and it’s just not happening. I did two rounds of clomid that failed. This month my husband and I took maca root along with coq10 210mg.

Yesterday I got a positive pregnancy test that showed up much later and today I had the same result so I decided to go do a blood test at 12dpo( crazy crazy crazy I know).

I got the results back and of course, a negative but my progesterone level was 7.88. I’m Day 26 of my cycle and I had the trigger shot at day 13 of my cycle.

Does this mean I didn’t ovulate with the trigger shot?

I called my drs office and still waiting for an answer.

Just hoping someone has an answer. So disappointing
