Lactating at 7dpo? I’m only 11 months pp

Has anyone noticed lactation as a pregnancy symptom? I had my second baby back in August. So far I have had three periods but this cycle a week after ovulation I noticed breastmilk looking fluid from both breasts? My nipple was bothering me so I was massaging it and my shirt was wet, so I then checked both sides and got a few drops out of both. I’ve been completely dried up for the last few months and have never experienced random lactating after either of my pregnancies. I guess I’m wondering if since I’m still so early pp it could be that I may have conceived and the hormones are triggering my breast milk? Has anyone experience this?
