Contraction help
I’ve been getting contractions for about four hours.. I think. It feels cramp and in my back and then goes. Timing wise they are a bit spontaneous but I’m feeling like they are every three/five minutes apart .. they are not super painful yet.. when would you go to hospital and is this the real thing?
