Hey all, I need advice. Today I was diagnosed with PCOS due to insulin resistance, no periods, and not being able to lose weight. I need advice please. I start metformin tonight and viatamin d every day. My doctor also wants me to buy myo-inistol and try it. Any words of encouragement and advice are helpful. My world feels upside down. Been trying to conceive since December 2018. Have tried medroxyprogesterone and whole 30 diet. Plan to restart that and see what helps me. Thank you
