Honestly it just depends on your protocol and blood work results. 
For example, I have no BC in my protocol and am supposed to do a fresh transfer. So, estimated 10 days of stimming, a 5 day wait (hoping that some fertilize and make it to day 5) and a fresh blastocyst transfer would make it about 3 weeks. 
There are so many curve balls in IVF though. If my estrogen or progesterone are off, i could have to do a frozen transfer instead. This would be contingent on my levels normalizing. Could be a month, or it could be a few. 
I could have no fertilized eggs make it to days 3 or 5 and have to start over again. 
My point is, there are so many variables to IVF that each person's timeline is extremely unique. Hell, I've seen stories of women's IVF cycles, start to transfer, taking 4 months.

I’ve only done 1 round. But mine was 31 days from day 1 of stims to positive beta.

Theoretically, if you are good to go (and did all exams that you need for IVF), and need no birth control, and have a fresh cycle, it could be as short as 15 days. With frozen cycle at least a month more. With ERA testing/mock cycle, at least 2 months more. 
Depending on your outcome (how many high quality embryos you want/need/genetically tested normal embryos you achieve), you might need several rounds of stimulation. And if the transfer is not successful, several transfers. So the minimum duration might be 15 days, and there is no maximum depending on what your goal is and how fast you can achieve that.

As with others, it really depends on your doctor's protocol.  We're doing PGS testing, so 3 weeks birth control, retrieval, then a period. Then back on birth control for another 3-4 weeks and frozen transfer about 3-4 weeks later.  My process would take 4 months of we went straight to transfer from first medication.  
In our case we first met with doctor beginning of January, had testing, started birth control in May, had retrieval in June.  If we went on to transfer, it would have been August.  We chose instead to bank embryos and will be doing a second retrieval in August with transfer in October.  I say this only because it's a little tough when you work with a clinic that controls things more and you watch people go so much faster.  Sometimes I'm waiting because they don't have openings or they do a clinic shutdown and you have to wait another month.  I trust them, so it's ok, but I originally thought we'd be pregnant by March or April and it's been much longer.  Best of luck!

I am doing three weeks of birth control, then 7-10 days of stims, then retrieval, then 5 day wait, then transfer. So about 5 weeks from beginning to end if you do BC. Add another 10 days until you know if you’re pregnant!
