fenugreek , milk supply?

Just start taking it, how much does it increase your milk supply? I make 1.5-2 oz without it

Fenugreek makes my breasts clog and produce less every time- I use milky mama drinks and drops and no issues!!

I try to avoid most moms I’ve talked to have had a very large decrease in their supply. I tried it with my first and pretty much lost my supply. This time around I have used products from milky mama and legendarily milk and have had way better increase.
