Postpartum?
Did any of you ladies have moderate to severe Diastasis Recti?
If so, what are you doing to heal? Exercise? Belly binders? Compression clothing? I know certain exercises can make it worse which is why i want to be very careful about it.
Postpartum check is August 16 so i will check with my OB as well but I’d like to do what i can in the mean time.
I think i had it mildly with my second baby but i didnt know any better and didnt do anything about it. This time around, its very noticeable 😭
