So I got into an argument recently and I’m looking for for clarification.

Brittany

Backstory: I told a lovely lady that the majority of families start feeding their healthy full term babies solids at six months and was informed that it’s not necessary start exclusively breastfed babies on solids until they are one. If you agree that it’s okay to wait until they are one please feel free to post screenshots from a valid source (no .coms please). I don’t mind if I’m wrong but all the sources I’ve seen so far (The WHO’s website and The AAP’s website) say to start introducing solids at six months.
