Back pain!
I’m having extreme back pain lately! I went to the clinic and they said it’s a muscle thing and prescribed me muscle relaxers. Weeeellll I’m being stubborn and gonna try and fight through the pain and hold off on the muscle relaxers as long as I can because I know you can’t breastfeed while using them. So I’m looking for any pointers or advice on how to manage back pain without having to take muscle relaxers. I’m *not* looking to be preached to about fighting through the pain. I’m gonna do it regardless. If it does get worse than yes I will consider the meds. Thanks in advance!
