I think my bf is losing sexual interest i me😪

So for about 2weeks now he has just been making excuse after excuse to not have sex with me his new one is “I’m scared to even have sex with a condom it might break” in the 3years and 8months we have been together the condom has never ripped or anything like that. What should I do or say to him?
