6 weeks 5 days ultrasound pic attached. Do u see anything?

6weeks 5 days Ultrasound, doc says pregnancy is in there but to early to see anything, she says atleast the pregnancy is in the uterine. I asked her if there's gestational sac, she says no but there's a yolk sac. I'm confused, what does this mean? Tested positive at 11 days dpo so I'm sure of my calculations. I have an appointment on the 2nd of august and Im a wreck untill then. Do you guys see anything in the picture?

That’s so strange in my 6 week ultra sound you could see the yolk sac and the little baby dot. Yolk sac is on the bottom baby is the top one. This was 6 weeks and 6 days !
