I’m 23 so I have no idea, but my husband is going through his at 31. You can’t even mention the number 31 in this household without him freaking out. He prefers “29 with 2 years of experience” 😂

I feel like it’s whenever they realize they’re getting older and freak out over it, so it can happen at any age really. My mom had hers at 35 though, it was like a switch, she turned 35 and then within a few months she was wearing clothes from the teen girls section, she’d put on a bunch of makeup everyday, she cut all her hair off and had a short hairstyle for the first time ever, she went and got a boyfriend almost 10 years younger than her, and she all the sudden became an alcoholic, when my whole life she had never done any of those things.
