Jackets in car seats?

I am due November 29th it’s going to be pretty chilly especially for baby and I was going through her clothes the other day and found an outfit I thought would be cute for her to wear home and then when I sent it to a friend she said babies can’t wear jackets in their car seats. I had no idea. What do I do to keep baby warm are there any kind of jackets that they can wear? This is what I had picked out.. I feel like the jacket isn’t bulky and shouldn’t cause and issue but I guess it would 🤷🏻‍♀️
