Is this the 4 month regression?
For those that have gone through this, is this what the 4 month regression looks like?
*Waking up at night and playing for a couple hours.
*early wake ups
*short naps
*fussy
My daughter is 20 weeks so over 4.5 months. I thought maybe we skidded past it without issues. She used to sleep 7:30-7am w/ one wake up and take 2 long naps and one short one. We still have her swaddled.
