Heat rash?
Hi all....
Just noticed this red rash on little ones back and back of neck.
It has been very hot here so assuming it’s heat rash? Seems fine in himself.
Trying to keep him as cool as I can and giving him cool baths. Any other suggestions on what it could be or what would help?
