IVF cost how much??? 😱🤭😲

So I’m not sure if this is the right group to be posting on but here it goes. We have done 4 IUI’s and 4 rounds of IVF. Our IVF funds are depleted to the max!! How are you guys funding IVF?? Financing? Borrowing? Go fund me? Take out against the house? My head is about to explode! Thanks.

So far it has been our savings but if we had to do another one I think we would have to ask family for help. It's much cheaper in the UK that it seems to be in many other places though.

Is it possible to look for a job that offers insurance that covers it? If the employer or company is based out of a mandate state they must cover some or all of infertility. 
I understand that this might not work for everything, but multiple ivf rounds and iui can be upward of 50k.... even a pay cut of 10k can get you full rounds of ivf completely free.

We used some savings, my flex spending account, and got a personal loan for the rest.

Some people find it cheaper to travel to cheaper clinics. You said you’re in SoCal, so I’m guessing that’s the most expensive place to be-might be worth looking elsewhere!

We refinanced our home for the first IVF. Our first didn't work and have to go back. We are trying to save for our next one
