Will waking up in the middle of the night impact my temperature?
If my dog wakes me up at say 230 in the morning and I normally wake up at 445 to take my temperature, will that impact my result? Normally I get back to seep right away without getting up or moving too much. I just don’t know if interrupted sleep really is affecting my temperatures or not. Thoughts?
