ABSCESS ON TOP OF VAGINA LIP BUT IM HAVING SEX WITH MY FUCK BUDDY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TWO DAYS HELP

So I recently just got out of a relationship and was fortunate to be able to be friends with benefits with my PT. We want to have sex in 2 days (this Friday) however I have a pretty big abscess the size of a pea on the top part of one of my vag lips and now I’m feeling a little self conscious as he wants to go down on me! What do I do?!?
