Not sure

So my periods were very irregular I had a hard time with my period stopping. I would bleed for a month if not longer at a time. So I went and got on the pill and every sense then my cramps are worse and I get this bowel pain for day during my period so bad that it hurts to walk. I’m so scared to go to my doctor. Do you guys think that endometriosis is what’s wrong. I’m not trying to diagnose myself just wanted to see if you think it could be what I have?
