Can a pregnant women visit somewhere that has a lot of Spanish miss trees?

So i’am going on a trip next week to savannah Georgia. But where i’am going there’s a lot of Spanish moss trees. I heard that they have mites. Is that dangerous to a pregnant women? Or what are the chances of those mites falling on me? Or better yet fleas or ticks

Pregnant women live there so I’m absolutely sure it’s OK for a pregnant woman to visit

I feel like if you’re going to keep yourself from going somewhere like that, don’t go outside at all or near outdoor dogs. There’s fleas and ticks everywhere. Mites I’m sure too.
