I don’t know if i ovulated?

I have a regular 23 day cycle. I finished my period on the 23rd and it’s the 25th and I started spotting earlier and getting tugging pains on my right side. I don’t know if I’ve ovulated because I haven’t tracked it. App says I’m not due to ovulate until the 26th. Is it possible if I’m ovulating or implanting as we had sex everyday for the past week?
