Nurse to sleep in swaddle

Any other moms nurse to sleep in their swaddle? It's the only way my 16 week old will go to bed at night. I am TERRIFIED of when we have to stop swaddling. I don't know how I'll get her to sleep 😭 anyone else? Has anyone made the transition any have any tips or advice? Right now she is swaddled and will eat off of both sides. When she's done, I put her up on my shoulder (because of reflux) for 20 min and she's fully asleep when I last her down. She sleeps through the night usually, and occasionally wakes up an hour or two later to be nursed back to sleep.
