PLEASE HELP!!

Okay so I’ve been on birth control for almost two years now and this hasn’t happened so someone please help me out so two weeks ago I was on the sugar pills of my pills and normal bleeding and then it went away last week I had sex with my boyfriend the next morning there was blood I thought maybe it was just a little rough and it just messed something up I didn’t really think much of it until randomly in the middle of the week it happened again but it was a lot more blood so I had to use a pad and then again today I am bleeding so could someone please help me out it would be wonderful cuz I’m kind of worried to know if something is actually wrong so please :)
