Tubes tied

When is the right time to talk to the doctors about getting my tubes tied after having baby number two in January? I understand it’s only my second and I am young(25 going on 26) but I know for a fact I do not want more than two kids. And what are opinions or options if I don’t need a csection, I’ve heard recovery is rough and its better when done with csection but obviously I want to avoid one if I don’t need one. And my fiancé refuses to get a vasectomy even though everyone we know says that the recovery is better and less of a risk surgery wise.......

The main reason I’m interested and considering this option/choice is that I’ve already gotten pregnant on birth control for both my kids and don’t want to risk that again 🙃🙃🙃🙃

I’m torn but I just know I don’t want more than two kids, I’d go crazy! Lol
