For those that have lost someone / looking to relate to others who have gone through grief and gotten to the otherside, I recommend the GriefCast podcast. The episode with Jayson Greene is about losing a 2 year old. It's hard to listen to be relatable.

I also recommend going to the UK miscarriage association. Lots of support materials.
