Glow Up Tips & Product Recommendations

Hi ladies, along with postpartum care I will be looking to commit to a glow-up routine. I was obese before pregnancy and have been taking better care of myself since I found out.

Along with a change of diet and exercise, what tips and/or product recommendations can you give me?

I'm open to any PP and breastfeeding-friendly solutions for:

- Any daily supplements

- Natural/DIY beauty regimens (exfoliating scrubs, hair masks, etc.)

- Detoxing

- Getting rid of strawberry legs

- An even complexion (face)

- Preventing razor bumps

- Hair growth restoration (Pretty sure BC screwed my hormones up. I'm losing significantly more during pregnancy)

- PP exercises to get rid of "the pooch", tone arms, thighs, and booty
