What is this? TMI

So I noticed an itchy red spot on the inside of my left breast a couple days ago (pic 3)..I then noticed a smaller one around the bottom of my right one (can't see in pic). These really aren't raised at all but they are red and itchy. After work today I looked and noticed these weird little red dots on my right one further up (pics 1 & 2). They kinda look like marks you get from a hickey, but I don't think that's what it is.

Any ideas what this could be?
