Heat rash on diaper area??

Ok ladies I need your help! My daughter was just recently sick with a fever(that was literally all that was wrong with her) the fever went away yesterday. It only got to 101.5 at its highest. This morning she woke up at 3am and had a rash of flat spots on her forehead. When she woke up the second time the same rash was on her chest and tummy. Now the rash is on her forehead, chest, tummy, halfway down her back and the upper part of her diaper area. Like where the diaper closes. The spots have since raised slightly. I’m pretty positive it’s a heat rash caused be the fever plus it gets really warm in our room over night.

The thing that is concerning to me is that she’s also developed a diaper rash just about 2 hours ago. It’s bright red and on her mound down to around her butthole. Hasn’t gone to her butt and it’s not spotty.

I can’t post a picture because I don’t want to show her private parts, but you should be able to draw the picture.

I’ll include pics of the rest of the rash. Note that the flash makes the spots look lighter than they really are.
