Ovulation pain
Ladies..
how many of y’all know you’re ovulating due to physical pain isolated to one side of your lower abdomen?
I know exactly when I’m ovulating each month because it feels like someone is squeezing one of my ovaries, usually just the right one each month. It’s usually closely followed or led by EWCM.
I can’t remember a cycle when this didn’t happen.
Also, I do not have PCOS or endometriosis.
