Help??

I have endometriosis and I’ve been TTC for three and half years. A week ago I got three positive tests. Got positive urine at the doctors. I had an ultrasound and they couldn’t see anything. I should be around 6 weeks. My doctor said I’m probably going to miscarry. I go to the lab tomorrow to get blood work done. Anyone had this? We’ve been trying for so long.
