Ginger capsule dose??

Question

Has anyone’s OB recommended ginger capsules to help with nausea? I picked them up but forgot the dose they told me 🤦🏼‍♀️ they’re 550 mg capsules. I am going to call again tomorrow. Anyone taking these ???

I would get the safe level from your doctor and no one else before you start taking them because high doses of ginger can trigger a miscarriage.
