How to wean a baby from breast!!?

My daughter will be 15 months next month.
She drinks 2% milk but also still eats from me maybe 2-3 times a day but at bedtime is when it’s the worse. She just wants to suck on my nipple while shes sleeping. When I try to detach her from it she wakes up crying & then it turns into a whole catastrophe 😭 so here I am stuck with a baby on me who will detach herself when she feels like it! I need some advice and tips HELPPPPP‼️‼️‼️‼️

You need to switch to a different bedtime comfort
Maybe a toy, blanket or whatever you want but hold it while you feed at bedtime for a few weeks. Then start to cut the feed shorter so she’s not yet asleep but has the comforter and over a while you’ll be able to cut it shorter until it’s cut completely
My ten month old now feeds but doesn’t go to sleep
I cuddle her and sing until she’s really drowsy, put her in bed and pat her until she shuffles to sleep 
I always sing the same songs

My son was a huge comfort nurser and I swapped him over to a soft tipped sippy cup. My husband and I would put him down together and I would put in a bra so he wouldn't get triggered. We would stay with him until he fell asleep with his silly cup. It's what he needs to help fall back to sleep at night too. It might not be the best thing but it sure as hell saved my sanity and my nipples so I'm fine with it. You don't necessarily need to use a sippy cup but just something that will be her comfort instead of you

Is someone else around to do the night time routine with them? I had my husband help establish a decent nighttime routine with books and teeth brushing and he would put baby to bed most nights. It took about a month of fighting and tears from all of us...I absolutely feel for you right now this was one of the hardest things to overcome for us.
