TMI please please help me..

I know this is gross but I'm desperate and I had a chemical last month and now I'm pregnant again and will be 7 weeks tomorrow. I got this Wednesday night and it's so light and then Thursday I had it for half the day and today I didnt have it at all it was just clear stuff until now at 4pm i am worried it is the start of another MC. Anyone had this????
