Fell asleep
Do I have a right to be mad?
My husband and i went to bed around 1030. We each checked on our daughter when we went to bed...she was fine and out like a light.
About 15 minutes after we laid down she was squawking. My husband got up to check on her. I heard her fussing a bit over the monitor as he attempted to soothe her. I rolled over and tried to settle in but couldn't.
Cant say for sure how much time went by but I decided to get up and check on them. My husband was asleep in the rocking chair holding our daughter. She was on her back face up and he was snoring. I smacked his hand several times to wake him up. His response "shes fine" I said "your snoring. Put her down" he got back in bed and attempted to snuggle with me... i grumbled and pretended to be asleep.
She woke up again around 1230 and needed to eat. I fed her and rocked her back to sleep.
I am steamed. He told me a couple days ago that he has fallen asleep with her in the morning while feeding her (she gets a bottle in the morning around 5 so I can sleep a little longer) and he laughed it off.
Am I being too touchy about this? I am a FTM but it just bothers me....
