I have right hip pain and this pain that’s shooting down the back of my right lower butt/leg.... I never had this pain I’m about 4weeks and 5 days.

I have the worst pregnancy symptoms only thing I had for my first is nausea but for this one my right ovary was hurting now this shooting pain down my leg/hip. My boobs hurt even more TD I just feel like my period is coming , and I have the worst gas/constipation. I haven’t let anyone know about my pregnancy bc idk it’s a viable pregnancy yet. I lost my first baby so all of these symptoms are making me worried and I have no one to talk to :(
