bout of dep
this current bout of depression has me ready to drown. I'm litterally not functioning at all. cant get insurance no job no dr. no money no hope. 3 kids husband and mom in law think I'm shit. worst fear is checking into the psych ward so that's not an option. I'd honestly rather just disappear. I need help but not willing to be in a psych ward to get them and with no money no insurance that's the only way where I live
