Period date is off

Hi. Just wanting to talk about it bc Ive been feeling so anxious. My period date is usually spot on. But its currently day 5 and nothing! :( has anyone experienced this? Kinda worries me because I am pretty sure its nothing with pregnancy..but still makes me so anxious
