Hey ladies! My husband and I saw an infertility doctor and we are going to start with timed intercourse and Letrozole. I have PCOS and my cycles were pretty regular...until now. I'm currently on day 50 of my cycle with intermittent spotting but no real period. I was told to take the Letrozole on days 3-7 but but with my cycle being irregular right now how do I know which days to take it on? I've currently been spotting for 4 days without an increase in flow. Multiple BFNs. Should I take the Letrozole now or wait until I have a heavy flow? Thanks in advanced!
