5 years with my SO

So this October me and my boyfriend will have been together for 5 years! I still can’t believe we have been together that long, definitely doesn’t feel like 5 years. Anyways I’m wondering what is something I could get for him? Or make ? I don’t have a ton of money to spend as we are trying to save for a house . I’m thinking on spending at most $150-200.
