Clogged milk duct

I exclusively pump and am pretty sure I jave a clogged milk duct. One side of my breast is red. And the area is tender and feels hard. This is usually the breast I get the most out of and I'm barely getting anything at all. Ive been massaging it. Applying heat proir(maybe I need to do it longer) I took a shower with hot water before pumping this morning and still barely anything while massaging while pumping. Idk what to do...

I'm taking antibotics right now for a severe UTI that I had so I'm hoping that prevents mastitis. Any advice on what to do? The UTI made me super sick with a fever of 105 and I do not want to get sick again.
