So I woke up to a very painful period, much more painful than usual. At first I didn’t think too much of it even though the bleeding was dark brownish red which is not normal for me. About an hour later I got really intense cramps to the point of crying and after a while I felt something come out of me. I rushed to the bathroom and when I looked down there was a big mass of white/light grey tissue slightly bigger than the size of a golf ball. Is this normal? Has this ever happened to any of you?
