What's going on?

So these are the dates of my period. I started my period this month on the 16-20th but today I started bleeding again. It's only been a few hours but it seems like a period. I also started the birth control patch on the 16th after I started my period and I removed it on the 23rd because I didn't like it. Could that be why I am bleeding again? Also would I be able to start getting pregnant right away or did the patch affect that?
