Is this normal i never clot

My cycle was five days late. It started that evening and the next day (yesterday) was heavy. Yesterday night until now very light. Barely worth changing a pad. (I did change it tho). Just now I went to the bathroom and found this. Now I’m cramping. Is this normal? Especially if you never clot.
