Do you have very painful cycles once in a while

Normally I have pretty moderate cramps during my cycle but this time the cramps were UNBEARABLE 😭

Last month I did. It was so bad my back was killing me. So I thought I’m pg but nope. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Then af came 4 days early which that has happened less then a handful of times. Last month was my first month ttc so I blamed it all on the baby dancing. We don’t do that often. Lol
