Can someone explain how do you use the period panties???
I saw an ad for period panties and they seem to be good as the reviews say but how do you use them? Like do you change every 3hrs like you do with a pad or tampon? Or you can use them the whole day like normal panties which sounds impossible to me. I just don't get it?
