my periods have been suuuuper long and heavy the whole time lately and its giving me the worst cramps, back pain, nausea, fatigue and shortness of breath. I feel like hell, anyone else ever get this?

i have an obgyn appt on the 5th for my first pap and a biopsy to figure out whats wrong but lately my periods are just 10x worse than usual and i just want reassurance that im not alone 😭
