Letrozole sucess stories with pcos ?

Anyone with pcos has sucess stroy with first cycle letrozole without hcg shoot ? Only letrozole

I am on 5 mg and its my first trial

I have pcos but last month i had follicle of size 17 but no pregnancy

And tell me when ovulation occured ? 14 or late as usual for pco ?
